Kleenjal is a brand under Sipster Beverages Private Limited, dedicated to delivering safe, pure, and refreshing drinking water. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. Please read the following Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Delivery Terms
- Kleenjal currently delivers products only in selected cities across India.
- Deliveries are subject to stock availability and may be made in multiple slots, directly from our authorized distributors or manufacturing facility.
- Efforts will be made to deliver within the agreed time; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, adverse weather, labor unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances constituting force majeure.
- Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery for any damages, expiry, or quantity discrepancies.
- In case of discrepancies, complaints must be raised within three days of receiving the product through our official contact form on kleenjal.com. Complaints received after this timeframe cannot be processed.
2. Standard Delivery Timeline
- Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered by 8 PM the following working day.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered by 8 PM on the second working day.
3. Return Policy
- Non-returnable Products: All Kleenjal PET bottles are non-returnable. Returns are not applicable for any purchased products.
- Defective Products: In case of damaged or defective products, customers must raise a request within three days of delivery via the contact form on our website and include photos of the defective items for verification. Verified defective products will be replaced within 5–6 working days.
- No additional compensation, freebies, or refunds will be provided for defective products.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
- Refunds will only be provided in cases of verified product defects or errors in delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after this period.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact form on kleenjal.com.
6. Limitations and Liability
- Kleenjal’s liability for any order or product is limited to the value of the order/product.
- Sipster Beverages Private Limited reserves the right to reject claims made after the specified timeframe or under conditions that do not meet the policy terms.
